A Gathering Place Built for the Palisades
Towne Hall is taking shape in the heart of Pacific Palisades at 861-867 Via de la Paz. A place to gather, reconnect and build what comes next.
A Community Built Around Community
Pacific Palisades has always been more than a collection of streets and homes. Since its earliest days, neighbors have created places to meet, shop, celebrate and build a community together. Towne Hall carries that idea forward.
The Palisades is Rebuilding. So Are We.
The January 2025 fire changed the physical landscape of Pacific Palisades and disrupted many of the places where everyday community life happened. Towne Hall creates a place to come together during that process, not years from now, but right now.
861-867 Via de la Paz
Towne Hall sits on roughly 15,000 square foot site in the heart of Pacific Palisades. The split level design uses the property’s natural terrain to create distinct spaces, from the main garden to an elevated stage and terrace, all connected and accessible.
Watch Towne Hall Take Shape
Every stage of the build brings Towne Hall closer to becoming a place the community can use and make its own. We’ll document the transformation here, from site work to the first structures, landscaping and eventually, opening day.
Built for a Little Bit of Everything
Come for coffee in the morning. Meet friends over food and a glass of wine. Bring the kids, catch live music, watch a movie under the stars or join a community meeting. Towne Hall is designed to change throughout the day and throughout the year.
A Stronger Palisades Starts Here
Towne Hall is being built for our community, and the story is just getting started.
